Return and Refund Policy

At Musk Al Hamd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure they are properly packaged and delivered in good condition.

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the product and its packaging. This will help us review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Replacements

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Musk Al Hamd will determine whether it is eligible for a refund or replacement.

If approved, we will arrange the applicable refund or replacement according to the circumstances of the order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Musk Al Hamd may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after receiving your order, the product must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for a return. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product-safety considerations.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
